We ship from the U.S. to select regions worldwide. Every order is packed with care and dispatched within 2–5 business days — you'll get a tracking number as soon as it's on its way.

As a small-batch perfumery, shipping may run a little longer during collection releases or restocks. We appreciate your patience — it's part of what keeps our process slow and intentional.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You can cancel or adjust your order any time before it ships. Once it's on its way, it's yours to receive and enjoy.

Returns, Reimagined

We accept returns within 30 days, as long as the item is in good, resellable condition. Every order also includes a matching sample, so you can try the scent before opening the full bottle.

A few things to know:

• Returns carry a $11.99 flat shipping fee and a 20% restocking fee
• The Discovery Set is final sale — it's made for exploring, not returning
