No.7 is the memory of self-reflection — sound baths, yoga retreats, the quiet after meditation when the noise finally drops. It's the specific relief of feeling emotional burdens lift once anxiety has been faced instead of avoided.

I struggled for a long time with negative self-talk, with self-sabotage on more levels than I could always name. This fragrance holds the moments I pushed through the darkness of my own thoughts and found something on the other side — not the absence of doubt, but the strength to keep going despite it.

That green, cool shade became my shield. Not against the world — against my own haunting thoughts. No.7 is the scent of cleansing the self from what no longer serves it, and finding resilience in the one place it was always going to have to come from: within.
